This blog incorporates my fitness journey and my desire to lead a healthy life. It consists of fitness, strength training, yoga, healthy eating, tips for busy mommies, and everyone’s favorite motivational and funny pictures here and there. I wish to inspire others and share whatever I can to help you embark in your journey to lead a healthier life. I am not a trainer nor do I claim to have the knowledge necessary to provide you with life changing results, but I have a basic background on nutrition and partake in a variety of activities that can hopefully guide you along your own journey. I truly enjoy all aspects of fitness and am a firm believer in dedication, so put on some tennis shoes and come join in on the fun!
